rnci Lambing bingo 2026

The Royal Northern Countryside Initiative is ‘ovine’ the moon about their Lambing Bingo success, raising close to £4000 with their spring fundraiser.

RNCI’s lambing bingo was launched back in February at the RNAS Spring show, where industry bodies and members of the public supported the rural education charity, by their buying bingo cards. These bingo cards where then marked off once RNCI announced which corresponding ewe’s number had lambed on their social media and website, throughout April.

Prize hampers were put together from a selection generous donations from industry businesses and individuals, for winners of a line, two lines and a full house.

The RNCI Lambing Winners are;

1 Line – Mrs C Stewart, Keith

2 Lines – Alison Skinner, Insch

A Full House – Fiona Menzies, Insch

RNCI Chairwoman Emma Ruxton comments on the fundraiser

“We are delighted at the support and interest in Lambing bingo, thank you to all who played along! Another thanks must go to our bingo ewes throughout the region, we had a huge support from farmers during their busiest of times. The money raised goes straight back into the educating children within Aberdeen City, Shire, and Moray about the countryside, farming and rural life so thank you to all who supported us to make sure our vital work continues.
